Sunflower Dehulling and Cleaning Machines Plant

The sunflower seed processing line Model TFKH1200 is a patent product of Bugoo Technology. This equipment provides an integral solution for sunflower seed kernels Industry. It combines cleaner, de-huller and separators so that the seeds can be processed without assistance of other machines.
There are two de-hullers applied in this equipment, which is more efficient than previous models. It features of little broken rate and thoroughly separation of shells.

The sunflower seed shelling machine Model TFKH1500 is designed to de-hull seeds and separate shells from kernels. It applies multi-huller and wider screens to increase the processing capacity.
As a machine designed for producing high quality sun-seed kernels, the machine combined with raw material cleaner, kernels re-separators and re-circulating system for un-hulled seeds. Most of all, the de-huller’s impact force can be adjusted by an inverter, which enables it to process different sunflower varieties.

The sunflower seed processing line Model TFKH2000 can de-hull seeds and separate shells from kernels. After almost ten years of stagnation on increasing the capacity, we solved the bottleneck with bigger hullers and new pre-separation process.
