Working principle
This Sesame Double Air Seed Cleaner includes elevator, bulk grain tank, grain inlet part, front air screen, vibrating screen, rear air screen, and grain outlet part. The main function is winnowing and screening.
Sesame enters the Sesame Double Air Seed Cleaner through the Elevator, first goes through the first winnowing to remove dust and light impurities, and then enters the vibrating screen. The first layer of round holes removes large impurities, the second layer of long holes removes large impurities again, and the third layer is the finished product, the fourth layer is immature sesame seeds, and under the fourth layer is small impurities. The finished product of the third layer passes through the rear air screen for a second winnowing to remove light impurities, and the finished product flows out of the grain output part.
